What should I do to prepare?
1. The first thing you need to do is to redraft your exam answers. Write them out again, improving them.
Pay close attention to mistakes that I have marked. ASK if you are not sure what the problem is.
Look at my written comments if applicable and follow them.
Refer to the mark schemes above to make sure you have got FULL MARKS.
2. Below are two more questions for you to practice with. Preparing these will be excellent preparation for our exam.

- apologise for having to miss the appointment
- explain why you can no longer attend
- propose another day and time to have the appointment.
